Ahhhhhhhhh .....such a huge comic book fan...always have been. Before I moved to my current location... I sold all of them though...just because I wanted to make sure I had emergency money. I can remember my mom taking me to Thor Comics in Hopewell VA. I loved to read...and she loved the fact I loved to read...even though there were instances with her complaining that I was coming through them too fast. It's funny how all of these things from my childhood are coming back around. It's moments like that though ...that make me smile. I was never really in any trouble...and for the most part.... I did well in school. I was never awarded for just trying...but for a job well done. That helped give me more of a competitive edge ...that I don't see too often. I'm not a huge fan of participation awards. I think it leads to mediocrity. This upsets a lot of people now ...but i think this gives towards placement of the "average" mind state ... " Why be good...or great....when you can just try" Oh Well I've digressed...Enjoy your day
